How to Play 11ly

Everything you need to know to become a fantasy football champion

1 👥

Create Your Team

Select 15 players from the available leagues within your £100m budget. Your squad must include 2 goalkeepers, 5 defenders, 5 midfielders, and 3 forwards.

2

Pick Your Starting XI

Choose 11 players to start each gameweek. Select a formation that suits your strategy and pick a captain who'll earn double points.

3

Score Points

Your players earn points based on their real-world performances. Goals, assists, clean sheets, saves, and bonus points all contribute to your score.

4 🔄

Make Transfers

Each gameweek you get 1 free transfer. Use them wisely to bring in in-form players and drop underperformers. Extra transfers cost 4 points each.

5 🎯

Use Your Chips

Strategic power-ups can be used once per season. Triple Captain, Bench Boost, Free Hit, and Wildcard can give you a competitive edge at crucial moments.

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to common questions

When is the gameweek deadline?
The deadline is usually 90 minutes before the first kick-off of each gameweek, typically Saturday at 11:00 or 11:30 GMT depending on the fixture schedule.
How do bonus points work?
After each match, the 3 best-performing players receive bonus points (3, 2, and 1). These are calculated using the official Bonus Points System (BPS) which measures attacking and defensive actions.
What happens if my captain doesn't play?
If your captain plays 0 minutes, the vice-captain automatically becomes captain and their points are doubled instead.
Can I change my team after the deadline?
No, once the gameweek deadline passes, your team is locked. You can make substitutions for the next gameweek immediately after the deadline.
How do price changes work?
Player prices change based on transfer activity. If many managers transfer a player in, their price rises. If many transfer them out, it falls. Prices update overnight.
